1. Who we are

GradeB4 ("we", "us", "the service") is operated by Samuel Abittan("Seller"). By using the service you are entering into an agreement with Samuel Abittan.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use GradeB4 you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

GradeB4 provides AI-assisted pre-grading estimates for trading cards. Estimates are informational only and are not official grades issued by PSA, BGS, CGC or any other grading company. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing third-party intellectual property, uploading malicious content, scraping, probing or otherwise interfering with the security or integrity of the service. You are responsible for the images and content you upload and confirm you have the right to submit them.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its software, branding and documentation are owned by Samuel Abittan. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your chosen plan. No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution is permitted.

7. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where prohibited by law.

10. AI outputs

GradeB4 uses AI models to estimate card condition. Outputs may be inaccurate and must not be relied upon as an official grade or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
